Michelle Fournier, JWRC
Those who work in helping professions pride themselves with their ability to positively impact and support the people they serve, but what about taking care of themselves? How can you find time for self-care in an already overbooked schedule? Does the disconnect between what you know and what you do create a barrier to providing effective services? By exploring self-care practices related to nutrition, exercise, communication and self-awareness, this webcast will offer simple steps professionals can incorporate into their daily lives to benefit not only themselves, but also the people they are helping.
