From the northwest:
Take 35W south, merge onto Hwy 280 going South. Take exit toward Territorial Road/University Ave.  Go straight to Franklin Ave and turn left.  Take the first right after the stoplight (Pelham Ave), then left onto Myrtle. Take a slight right on Raymond Ave, then left to stay on Myrtle Ave. You will approach the building from the back; we're on the left side of the street.

From downtown Minneapolis:
Take 94E toward St. Paul.  Exit left onto Hwy 280/University Ave.  Then exit toward University Ave, take immediate right at stoplight on Franklin Ave.  Take the first right after the stoplight (Pelham Ave), then left onto Myrtle.
